We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our product team at the Rome office. Working within the team and reporting to the Head of Product, you will focus on Codemotion’s Talent platform with the aim of accelerating its growth.

How does it look like your day-by-day?
Communicate internally the team roadmap and take part in the planning of the same in order to better support the technical delivery team;
Produce specific documentation in a timely and punctual manner also collaborating with UX designers whenever necessary;
Analyze data to support decision-making and analyze KPIs;
Constantly update the main stakeholders on evolutions;
Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer success teams in maintaining and upgrading product-related documents and interface processes, as well as in defining go-to-market strategies for communicating, delivering and selling products;
Coordinate launch plans while interacting with other PMs and product marketing specialists.

You have at least one year of product management experience;
You have experience, even a short one, in the use of agile methodologies as Product Owner;
You are a curious person and have analytical thinking;
You have good problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset;
You know how to translate customer needs into products and the latter into commercial opportunities;
You have good knowledge of the English language.

Salary range – from 25,000 to 33,000 euros
