Sales Manager | Italy


We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our Business Growth team in Milan. Leading a team of Account Executives, you will be responsible for increasing the expansion of our client base, guiding the daily execution to exceed corporate performance goals. You will inspire and train the team every day and bring innovation to the sales process to accelerate the growth of our market.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Drive revenues through the acquisition of new customers and at the same time grow the existing business in the country;
  • Be accountable and develop effective relationships with customers;
  • Monitor sales metrics and create reliable forecasts;
  • Provide business growth, engagement and customer satisfaction goals;
  • Develop and implement sales opportunities and account strategies;
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities;
  • Promote a positive and values-based team culture that will motivate others;
  • Form a team and help them engage with key stakeholders;
  • Build and manage an effective long-term business planning process.
  • Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent practical experience;

  • 4+ years of experience in sales delivery, customer engagement and partner management;
  • Experience in the sale of B2B digital services is an advantage;
  • Experience in the sale of services to human resources is an advantage;
  • Experience in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Practical experience in sales and the ability to offer an excellent customer experience;
  • Develop analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Experience in managing people is a plus, the passion for developing people management skills is mandatory;
  • Ability to speak and write fluently in English (Spanish is an advantage).
