Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent team, with strong passion for scouting excellent technical candidates and cultivating productive relationships with client companies and dev candidates.

Within the Talent team, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team of tech recruiters and dev engagement professionals. Your goal will be to help companies source highly skilled and relevant talents for their position briefs. You’ll speak and collaborate with client HR teams, customer technical leaders and CEOs, to acquire their job position briefs and scout the best candidates for their positions within Codemotion’s pool of job seeking developers.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Structuring and leading tech recruitment assignments from A to Z;
  • Establishing strong relationships with software engineers, interviewing and supporting throughout the recruitment process and outside of it – we are developer-centric!
  • Handling the communication with clients (Senior Tech leaders, CEO, HR, internal recruiters) – ability to consult your clients on the relevancy of the tech requirements, their recruiting process, strong follow-up focus and ability to change peoples’ mind is part of it;
  • Partner with internal tech experts who act as dev advocates in the sourcing process;
  • We are focusing on helping the tech ecosystem in Italy to staff their teams. Our recruiting portfolio includes Software Engineers, DevOps, Test Engineers, Data engineers, Tech PM, Security Engineers, Software Architects, Product Owners, QA Managers and similar;
  • You collaborate with sales and customer success teams in defining reporting about client project status and evolution.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in recruiting developers and other tech talent;
  • Detail oriented and well organized to manage a rich pipeline of positions to be sourced;
  • Confident in speaking with senior tech leaders and clients;
  • Strong interest in technology even if you have no dev experience at all;
  • Passion for problem-solving: you’ll constantly face the challenge of new puzzles made by customer demands and sourcing constraints;
  • Determination to build your own mental models about IT roles and technological landscape to become a true master in the IT recruitement landscape;
  • Good fluency in English.
