We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team in Milan or Rome. Your goal will be to help companies find highly qualified talent that is akin to their needs.

How does it look like your day-by-day?

Structure and manage the selection of tech profiles from A to Z;
Establish strong relationships with developers, supporting them throughout the selection process and beyond: we are developer centric!
Manage communication with customers;
Collaborate with our technical contacts, who act as dev advocates, throughout the journey;
Collaborate with the commercial and customer success team in defining reports on the status and evolution of the customer’s project.

If you find interesting what you have read, you love challenges, and you have:
You have 2–3 years of experience in selecting IT profiles;
You have a detail-oriented approach and are well organized;
You are used to talking to senior tech leaders;
You have a strong interest in technology, even if you have no development experience;
Do you want to improve your knowledge in the world of Tech Recruiter;
You have good knowledge of the English language.

Salary range – from 25,000 to 33,000 euros
