Federico is responsible for the Sales team in Italy and Spain. He began his career working for almost two years in KPMG, a strategic consultancy firm for business and enterprises. He then moved to the HR & Recruitment sector by joining LHH Recruitment Solutions where, starting in 2014, he held roles of increasing responsibility in the Sales and Management area. Specifically, Fontana was Director of the Sales & Marketing Division and, later, Managing Director of Badenoch + Clark, up to becoming Head of Professional Recruitment for Northern Italy of LHH recruitment Solutions (formerly Badenoch + Clark and Spring Professional).

Chief Financial Officer at Codemotion, Ronan is an entrepreneur who has decades of experience as a financial executive in London.
He studied in France, Canada and Spain and graduated from HEC Paris, ranked first as a Business School in Europe by the Financial Times in 2021, they come first in Mathematics on the entrance exam. From 2009 to 2011, Ronan held the position of responsible for the coverage of the European Internet Sector for Summit Partners, the global growth equity investor.
From 2011 to 2016, Ronan was Executive Director of Goldman Sachs, part of one of the most high-profile finance teams of all time, globally. In 2017 he was CEO of Folk, which he co-founded with the founder of Fotolia, a company sold in 2014 to Adobe for $ 800 million. Since 2019 he is Chief Strategy and Financial Officer.
